What counts as a room?
A room means an independent sleep logger with its own active child roster. It is not a price for each child, staff member, or type of child care license. If your program records everyone in one shared daily grid, Single-Room is the one-logger option. If you need separate room or classroom grids, Multi-Room provides that structure.
Decide by the way you organize the records. A program with more children does not automatically need Multi-Room; the reason to choose it is separate room loggers. See how the daily log works for a view of the grid and saved entries.
Billing questions
Can I cancel?
Cancel anytime through the billing portal. Open your Account billing area and choose Manage billing to reach the subscription controls.
What happens if my trial or subscription ends?
Lapsed accounts go read-only and keep every record. Viewing, downloads, and exports remain available. Choose an active plan to resume recording new checks; your existing documentation stays available while you decide.
Can I print my records?
